Overall Confidence In The Results of
This Report Is HIGH |
SCALE
#1:
VALUE: 8
Very Extroverted
Confidence Factor:
**** |
Torsten is very extroverted and would
be very good at making cold calls and being in front of a
group of people and being the center of attention. People
as extroverted as Torsten are very social by nature, and can
use this gift as a great asset in many business situations.
However, if uncontrolled, she may have a tendency to socialize
too much at times which could affect her productivity and
the productivity of others. This is an issue worth discussing
with her. |
SCALE
#2:
VALUE: 7
Organized
Confidence Factor:
***** |
Torsten is an organized person. She
will take a planned, structured approach to issues and her
work. She is the type who will probably have a system for
each task or responsibility, or will endeavor to develop one
as she learns new tasks. |
SCALE
#3:
VALUE: 8
Takes Many Risks
Confidence Factor:
***** |
Torsten is willing to take risks
in order to achieve goals or obtain benefits or rewards. If
her financial situation permits, she will likely be open minded
to a position that offers incentives such as commission and/or
bonuses. She is confident in her abilities and is more willing
to take risks if the rewards are a direct result of her own
abilities and not just luck. |
SCALE
#4:
VALUE: 8
Very Decisive
Confidence Factor:
***** |
Torsten is a very decisive individual.
When a decisive personality like this is put into action,
growth is the usual result. Don't be surprised to see that
Torsten seems to get a lot of things done, due it part to
her ability to make decisions relatively quickly and get on
with her priorities. |
SCALE
#5:
VALUE: 7
Analytical
Confidence Factor:
***** |
This scale puts in perspective the approach
Torsten will most likely take with issues, tasks and decisions
in which she is involved. Analytical traits indicate the need
for factual information, where non-analytical indicates her
use of intuition, or "gut feel", in addition to, or in place
of facts.
Torsten is an analytical person and will require plenty of
factual information before she will make a decision, promotes
or supports an idea, concept, issue or product. In addition
to being analytical, Torsten is also a detail oriented person.
You can expect her to be very thorough in her analysis of
an issue and cover points many other people would not even
think of or otherwise overlook. |
SCALE
#6:
VALUE: 5
Generally Adaptable but may appear a bit
Inflexible times
Confidence Factor:
*** |
Torsten can be adaptable at times
and somewhat inflexible at times. Sharing both traits equally,
she will probably appear quite normal in this area unless
more extreme traits are a requirement for the position to
which she has applied.
|
SCALE
#7:
VALUE: 6
Somewhat Compassionate
Confidence Factor:
*** |
Torsten will generally be a caring
person, but not to such an extreme that she will feel sorry
for every sad story that comes along. In many sales situations,
this very moderate compassion level can make a customer feel
as though she cares about them, but not to such a degree that
she feels sorry for them enough to offer special deals or
discounts. Unless your particular position requires a very
high level of compassion, or ruthlessness, then you will probably
find this trait well balanced for most situations. |
SCALE
#8:
VALUE: 7
Spontaneous
Confidence Factor:
*** |
Torsten is spontaneous and will seem
to think and act quickly. As applied in this profile, spontaneous
is not deliberating long or planning certain actions or decisions.
Rather, it means doing things based more on instinct, or "gut
feel", then just going with it. She enjoys being the center
of attention and thinks well on her feet. She is good at telling
jokes and always seems to have just the right response at
the right time no matter what is said. Combining her spontaneity
with her extroverted nature, Torsten will likely do very well
in front of groups and is good at public speaking. |
SCALE
#9:
VALUE: 6
Somewhat Goal Oriented
Confidence Factor:
***** |
Torsten seems to have a need for
goals and probably feels she has done fairly well in this
area. Although having both short and long-term goals is important
to her, goals alone may not provide the only motivation to
succeed as someone who is more extreme and considered "driven"
by their goals. |
SCALE
#10:
VALUE: 5
Somewhat Proactive, Somewhat Reactive
Confidence Factor:
* |
Torsten is exactly half way between
the proactive and reactive scale. Having the ability to draw
from either side equally, although not necessarily strongly,
can be an asset in many jobs. Since she is also spontaneous,
she may seem to be a bit more reactive at times since she
is comfortable in that role.
| * - A CONFIDENCE FACTOR of
1 Star indicates that Torsten
described herself as being much MORE Proactive than
the "5" described above, but ALSO more Reactive
as well. There is a good chance that this may
also indicate a SITUATIONAL Trait. If it is
situational, she will take a much more proactive role
in some situations, and in others, handle the
situation more reactively. Knowing this possibility
exists, you should find out more about what those
situations may be and how they may, if at all, affect
her performance in the job which she holds or for
which she has applied.
Please keep in mind, It is also possible, although
somewhat less likely, that she may have answered some
of the questions incorrectly in an effort to sway
the results in one direction or another. Although
it is more likely to be situational, you should consider
interviewing carefully on this point to make sure
you are satisfied with her answers to your questions
regarding this subject. |
|
SCALE
#11:
VALUE: 3
Prefers Stability over Change
Confidence Factor:
**** |
Torsten is uncomfortable with change
preferring to stay with the tried and proven ways with which
she is accustomed. She prefers a stable work environment. Although
some changes from time to time are ok, especially if she sees
them as having positive impact on her job, constant changes
will probably be viewed as instability and will cause stress.
|
SCALE
#12:
VALUE: 7
Patient
Confidence Factor:
**** |
Torsten is patient and will wait
beyond what many would consider to be a reasonable amount
of time to arrive at a decision or conclusion. Her patience
means she will not be the type to be pushy or force people
to make decisions. Co-workers, may seek her advise on personal
issues knowing she will listen patiently and not jump to premature
conclusions. This trait is important in many jobs especially
where counseling is involved and where it is important to
avoid jumping to conclusions before hearing all of the facts. |
SCALE
#13:
VALUE: 7
Persuasive
Confidence Factor:
***** |
Torsten is persuasive and enjoys
being in situations where she can help others see her point
or agree with an issue. She will be very open to opportunities
where her persuasiveness may dictate her income or position
in the company. Commissions may be very welcome in her case
as she is willing to take reasonable risks in order to realize
the rewards. If persuasiveness is important to the job Torsten
is applying for, you will probably be pleased with her ability
in this area. |
SCALE
#14:
VALUE: 6
Somewhat Detail Oriented
Confidence Factor:
*** |
Torsten is interested in a reasonable
level of detail in her work. She won't miss important details
often and may at times seek others to help with the details.
Her analytical nature indicates she enjoys reviewing facts
and information and may be even a little more detail oriented
than described here. |
SCALE
#15:
VALUE: 3
Avoids Stress
Confidence Factor:
***** |
Torsten certainly prefers not to be in
situations, jobs or tasks that create much stress. |
SCALE
#16:
VALUE: 8
Very Self Confident
Confidence Factor:
***** |
Torsten is very self confident and
may appear at times to be a little cocky. She is very self-motivated
which is a requirement for many jobs. Just because she has
a high level of self confidence, she may also have learned
to be humble in front of others. If she has learned to moderate
this high level of confidence, she may appear quite down to
earth, yet confident enough to tackle just about any situation
which she sparks her interest. The "B" personality normally
has a higher level of confidence since they enjoy being the
center of attention and require more confidence than most
to get and keep people's attention. |
SCALE
#17:
VALUE: 6
Somewhat Tolerant
Confidence Factor: **** |
Torsten is generally a tolerant person.
It will take some fairly extreme situations before she speaks
out against those who seem to be causing problems or not cooperating
in some way. Note, that a lower "Confidence Factor" in this
case may indicate a wider range of swings between intolerance
and tolerance and is very likely situational. This would
be an excellent point to discuss in the interview if this
is an applicable trait for the job for which she has applied. |
SCALE
#18:
VALUE: 6
Somewhat Independent
Confidence Factor:
***** |
Torsten is able to work independently,
but may enjoy group or team projects from time to time. She
will not need a lot of supervision and will work well by herself
in most environments. Where she could have some difficulty
is if her supervisor or manager attempts to restrain her independence
and micro manage key aspects of her job. Give her a little
freedom and she will most likely perform at her very best.
She is confident in her abilities and will rely on her own
knowledge and abilities rather than input from others or from
supervisors. These are qualities often sought after in the
business community. |
SCALE
#19:
VALUE: 4
Somewhat Passive
Confidence Factor:
***** |
Torsten is somewhat passive toward
others and is generally uncomfortable around very aggressive,
pushy people. She has her limits and won't be pushed around
by bullies and may surprise some people when she strikes back
after having enough from people who may try to take advantage
of her normally non-aggressive nature. She will probably be
well liked by her co-workers and show a great deal of compassion
for them and others who she feels may have a problem. |
SCALE
#20:
VALUE: 9
Loves To Promote Ideas And Concepts
Confidence Factor:
***** |
Torsten is an extremely strong promoter.
She will get behind almost anything she believes in and will
stop at nothing to make sure everyone knows about whatever
it is she's excited about. At this extreme level, there is
a very good chance some people will consider her a "hype artist".
It will be important to discuss this and make sure she is
aware of this and has the self control to present issues in
a way most people will accept. Some people with this extreme
trait are completely unaware of how others may view them because
they are so wrapped up in their own excitement and enthusiasm.
If the job she is considering requires someone who is very
enthusiastic, Torsten will probably fill the bill in this
area. "B" personalities, like Torsten, are normally enthusiastic
promoters and enjoy being the center of attention, and thus
good presenters. Her persuasiveness will only go to enhance
her ability to communicate ideas and concepts to others and
could be very good in sales or other positions that require
a very enthusiastic and convincing personality. |
